We are changing the way grassroots cricket (the second most popular sport) is played in the world. SCORE-GO started as a simple scorekeeping website for grassroots cricketers to keep their scores. A 10x better way to do it compared to existing alternatives. Gradually it became a network, recognising cricketers for their talent and making them better with performance analytics. The big idea is to connect every stakeholder (businesses and professionals) of cricket with each other and capture all transactions happening on the network.
We started to solve our own pain point as a cricketer. After every session, anywhere in the world, players do discuss the game. Sometimes these discussions become heated because cricketers do take current form, performance, etc very seriously. But unfortunately, most of these discussions happen without any data as either the scoring is not done or is done on the paper-based scoresheet. Now it is impossible to aggregate data and get meaningful insights from scores recorded on paper. To solve this, we started using existing scoring apps but we were not happy with their UX and a lot of things were missing. At the same time, we did a little survey in our city and found that this is the problem for every cricketer. That's when the founders sat and designed a business plan for SCORE-GO.
We at SCORE-GO offer a wide range of services to cricket enthusiasts, from creating their own teams and matches to tracking and analyzing match data. With the ability to create customized scorecards, users can keep track of their favorite teams and players in real-time, making it easier to follow the action from anywhere in the world. With advanced analytical tools, the website can generate a comprehensive summary of the match, including insights into player and team performance, trends, and potential areas for improvement. Furthermore, the users have the ability to stream their live matches scorecards over the internet just by sharing an URL of it by which cricket fans and supporters from all over the world can view the scorecard from their comfort zones. Whether you're a casual cricket fan or a serious player, SCORE-GO offers the tools and insights you need to stay on top of the game.
One thing to clarify, SCORE-GO isn't like Cricbuzz of ESPN Cricinfo like services which provide live cricket scores and news, but we give users a platform to design their own scorecards of their own matches and stream it live on the internet through our website.
